DISC Style Insights® is Business Performance Insights’ DISC is an assessment built around William Marston's four unique behavioral factors that explore the way we approach problems, people, pace, and procedures in our daily lives.
The four DISC components (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance) create a behavioral makeup unique to every individual. Implementing the findings of DISC assessments and reports will help you increase communication and ultimately result in a more collaborative team.

Talent Insights is a 52-page integrated assessment tool that identifies a person’s behaviors (DISC) and drivers (VALUES), helping to predict how and why a person will move to action in any given situation.
Measured in four dimensions (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance), DISC measures a person’s preferences, revealing how an individual will behave. Values are defined as Theoretical, Utilitarian, Individualistic, Social, Aesthetic, and Traditional and drive actions in varying degrees effecting the culture of a company.

Interviewing Insights Assessment takes the guess work out of interviews. Based on the four DISC components (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance), Interviewing Insights formulates interview questions based on a respondent's results.
This 11-page assessment provides a high-level view of a candidate complete with behavioral characteristics, ideal environment, their value to the organization, interview questions, Style Insights® Graphs, and the TTI Success Insights Wheel®.
Interviewing Insights are available in two versions including General or Sales.
The Comparison Report is a visual assessment providing a side-by-side comparison of the results of two respondents' results.
This very intuitive, accessible report is used for: recruiting, promotion selection, employee development, leadership coaching, conflict resolution, and matching employees to projects.
